Improving your swimming is one of the hardest parts of becoming a better triathlete -- mainly because you can't really get a sense of what your body is doing in the water. There are drills and videos, but honestly the biggest opportunity is on dry land with the Vasa Trainer.
No kicking. No breathing. No dropped hips. Just you, your catch and some really solid training.
