Coach Patrick sat down to talk with Teri Cashmore, who crashed on her bike while training only 12 days before Ironman Lake Placid, but still managed to pull out a huge performance. IMLP was an emotional rollercoaster for Teri, but thanks to her training, she rocked the course and managed a PR.
