Join Coach Patrick from Endurance Nation (www.endurancenation.us) for another weekly endurance podcast. This week Coach P interviews the intrepid Peter Lautenslager on his recent qualification for Kona by placing second in M55-59 at Ironman® Lake Placid.

We worked with Peter to refocus his year, emphasizing the opportunity the Winter training presented. He crushed the Endurance Nation OutSeason® program, turning that into a qualification for 70.3® worlds at Ironman® 70.3® Syracuse.

With a refocus on race execution and the power of Heart Rate on race day, Peter was able to put together a great performance in July. You'll enjoy his story and hopefully learn quite a bit about moving from JV to Varsity as an Ironman athlete
