One of the biggest obstacles to getting a good workout done is motivational, or physical -- it's logistical. Where can you get in the right work? Will others know where you are? How long will it take you to complete that session and return? 

Using go to routes helps you visualize your workout ahead of time (improving performance and compliance!) and makes for better training overall.
