Meet Todd Glass. Todd and his family
live in St. Louis. He is another athlete who has been with us, off
and on, since the Crucible Fitness days. He is currently in the
rarified fitness air of an FTP north of 300w, and VDot in the high
50's. But he did a lot of work to get there. In the '08-09
Out-Season with Endurance Nation, Todd's FTP has risen 22%, from
265 to 325w. His VDot has climbed from 50 to 57. With an IM PR of
10:15, Todd is poised for even greater things at IMCDA in a couple
months.
